My payment is $150 per month. The payment due date is the 6th, and I usually pay on the 1st, but in October I was out of town so I made my payment a day early. I have never missed a payment or paid late, that's why they originally refunded the late payment fee.
Paying seven days before the due date vs.six days once should notresult in a late feeevery month.
A few months ago, they charged overdraft charges on my checking account when I was not overdrawn. I had documentation to prove that the overdraft fees were charged in error, so they refunded the fees. These fees are in retaliation for pointing out their errors.

I think Go4Gold is correct. I think somewhere you missed a payment and they are charging the late fee in the next month.

Where is the payment for Sept due on 10/6/10? You have a late fee on 10/6/10 for $25.00 but no payment. So you are behind a month for all your payments.

What is your minimum payment? Since you are paying over $80 in interest per month, maybe you are not making your minimum payment?
