Sorry for not writting specific details, yes the amount was overdraft fees. But I got them because of the fees for my statement being returned. Plus $8.00 a day.
The way I see it I have 2 emails right now from them sitting in my box both are for the changes I made to my internet account. All I want is a reason I keep getting emails about that account but not one about my account needing my attention.
Do I need to explain that as well? You see when you do banking on line if there is a problem with your account you will get an email telling you to check your account. When you sign in then you can see.
I never expected "mind reading" what I said is that both accounts are linked how can they honestly say they couldnt find me? Sure they could, they had plenty of ways.

Banks do not charge you 350.00 simply because you had statements returned to them. It is pretty obvious that you had overdraft fees that you did not pay.
It is your responsibility to reconcile your old account, ensuring you owe no money to the bank. You failed to do so, and the bank wanted their money.
Your name must have been on the new account you set up with your husband, soooo they took the money out of your new account.
Sorry... dont blame the bank...

There is probably a lot more to this report than you are saying. Based on some of your comments here I would be willing to bet that that $350 was from Overdraft fees and not the fact that you had a "returned" statement. It also seems like this is less of a RipOff, and more of you wanting the bank to read your mind, and babysit your account. Instead of you taking more responsibility for your own account(s).
The two accounts are linked and my new address is on the second account.
- Why was your new address only on the second account? Why didn't you have a forwarding address on-file with the Post Office? How was US Bank(or any bank for that matter) supposed to know that you wanted both accounts to go to the same address. It is very common to have multiple accounts going to different addresses. In fact if they did automatically change the address, and you didn't want it changed you would then actually have a valid complaint.
Also, I do my banking inside the grocery store, the girls at that branch know me, whether Im banking or just shopping they say hello to me by name. Once again nobody ever warned me of a problem.
- You seriously expect these people to know you well enough that they are keeping track of your account. I am sure that they have nothing better to do than check up on everyone that they "know" and keep that in their mind if they happen to see that person. As with the change of address, I think if they were actually doing that you would be a bit upset that they are looking at your finances.
