My wife went to work with this company, after appling for the position and several interviews. They lied to her and made obligations, to influence her to come and work with them. She left a good secure job to better herself with this company and was laid off 2 weeks later because of some story about they had no money to pay thier employees. Now she has no income and being under review for employment compensation and has yet to be eligible; has put a hardship on her and family. The so called Spider man is on an ego trip and hires and fires people without any reguard to the consequences he puts on people with his actions.
I have one picture to paint for this so called christian. When you stand before God and He calls him by his real name and he steps forward before God to answer to Him. This man will hear "you did this for my kingdom and this was good, but now you have anwser for what you did to the christians you took advantage of by hiring and firing and acting like a God. Be gone" This is not a trustworthy company to deal with. He has a history of hiring and firing people at the drop of a hat. If he does this to his employees, I would hate to be a customer. I am going to investagate and see what can be done by hiring someone under false pretenses. He has caused people not to be able to pay bills and in a position of losing what they have worked for. He should be the one paying unemployment compensation and not putting the burden on insurance companies

To whom it may concern (a message from the CEO):
Unfortunately in business there are employee terminations that can lead to malicious acts such as this false accusation directed at our company, USBCI. It has come to our attention that a former employee who was terminated committed this act. This former employee boasted to several of our employees of creating this report. We took this experience as an example of how careful we must be in screening employees before hiring which incidentally has improved our hiring practice.
As far as the accusations anyone who does business with us knows how outlandish and inaccurate these statements are. For instance we have several government contracts that require a background check on all of our company's policies and reputation as well as our team. In the past, we have lost bids to companies offering lower prices and lower quality who do not hold to our high standards. We always hope the best to our former employees, especially the one who created this hateful report.
Please find below, a link to the USBCI website, where you may examine for yourself, that our reputation and standard of excellence has secured a positive result for our clients as evidence of the priority and integrity of the firm. These documents are proof positive that the mission of USBCI is to help its clients rectify building envelope problems. USBCI is committed to maintaining a standard for operation as a pledge of integrity to our clients. Periodically, it is necessary to discharge individuals who may be good solid people, however, they may not reflect the standards of our company. We will make every effort to instill the confidence you expect from USBCI and we invite you to contact us if you have any questions. We also ask that you research our longstanding reputation, and regard the inaccurate comments of a disgruntled individual who remains anonymous, without contact information, as random since we cannot move towards a mutually amicable separation under these circumstances.
