US Capital, Eric Stevenson, & Michael Wolfe Stole our office & loans, Rip-off con artists
March of 2000 my wife and I bought a mortgage company with our life savings.
Eric Stevenson had a lease on a building at 7330 N. 16th Street C-117 in Phoenix Az.
We agreed to move our furniture and phone system in and let him use our license and name.
Eric locked us out, took all the furniture, loans, phone system, company papers, checks for appraisals, and employees, leaving us to pay all their bills without any income.
Michael Wolfe was working for our mortgage company,"Americor Mortgage, Inc.", and Golden West Funding, Inc. at the same time, transfering our loans to them while working for us, (a State Banking violation).He is now trying to get a license from State Banking and wonders why he can't.
In the mean time they are now borrowing US Capital's license and name.
Michael's wife Julie Wolfe Works for QWEST and even tried to keep our phone deposit.
Eric is a tax evader, who has college loans that are unrepaid, he is leaving all of us to pay his tab. He is a real parasite on mortgage loans and will suck you dry.
Avoid any contact with Eric Stevenson and Michael Wolfe if you can.

I just did a search on Ripoffreport of my name, eric stevenson, and came across your post about a man who took advantage of your mortgage company in 2001. My name is eric stevenson too and I lived in the pheonix area up until 2001. My company, Axiom Capital Corp, had an office on Central Street, in that upside down pyramid-shapped building. Nor have I ever heard of a Michael Wolf.
I am Eric D Stevenson Jr and do not want others confused by your complaint against a man with a similar name who lived in Pheonix about the same time. I have not been involved with mortgage financing in over 40 years. I am 70 years old and a retired news publisher.
For the record, I just wanted to clairify that.
