I purchased a purse from uscoachbags.com on Dec 20. I paid for three day shipping. The only thing that I have received from them is a confirmation #. I have not received anything saying that it has been shipped. Now I go online and the website is no longer found. I see all of these other complaints and I am getting worried. Am I out $84? This is a huge scam and somthing needs to be done!

I think if you wanted a Coach handbag you should not purchase a fake.  However, you are not allowed to be ripped off. If you contracted with someone to buy something, pay for it and the shipping required, then they need to honor their end of the bargain.  


Call your credit card company and dispute the charge in full.  If you paid for it on your debit card, call the bank and file a point of sale dispute, then close your debit card and get another one with a completely different number.  

You should also contact the BBB and file a report.  The more reports people file the harder it is for them to continue to do business.  

Good luck and stick to the real thing, you won't be sorry.
