If you do get a loan with these people, do yourself a favor and pay it off asap otherwise they will take you down. I finally had to shut down my bank acct and re-open a new one because they wouldn't stop taking money out of my acct. I owed $390.00 and end up paying like $700-$800 and still had a balance of $390. Finally one of the US FAST CASH idiots called me and demanded full payment. I told them to go to hell and take me to court idiots. I never heard back from them again. I learned my lesson, don't deal with these loan sharks. They are nothing but thugs.

I also have a payday loan with them. I have filed a complaint with Attorney General last month. paydayloaninfo.org lists all state laws. Also contact Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Credit (405-521-3653) Jack Stone Deputy Adm. and Pennsylvania Dept. of Banking (717-214-83843) Jim Keiser, Adm. Usfastcash located in Miami, OK. Indian Reservation. They do not have license to lend outside of the reservation. They are charging double the interest allowed by law. Also you can contact Oklahoma attorney general. They owe you a refund. Also contact your bank Regulation E. We need to let state agencies aware of what is going on with non-licensed lenders.
