U.S. Mail Order Exchange ripoff Champlain New York
I received an advertisement insert that offered an "All Day Lace 'n' Cotton Bra, at 2 for $15.00. I ordered 2 of these bras on April 10, 2004, and enclosed a check for $18.95 to cover the cost of my order plus shipping & handling.
My check was cashed on April 15th, but I didn't receive the merchandise. I called several times in April and May, and was told the bras were on back order and should come "by the end of the month". On June 16 I called and said that I would no longer be put off, insisted on a refund, and was told I "would receive my refund in 3-4 weeks". It is now August 11, 8 more weeks have passed, and still no refund!
I attempted to call and complain, but the phone number has been disconnected. I am so frustrated that this has happened to me and think this is an outrage! I want my money back and the satisfaction of seeing unscrupulous rip-off artists like this prosecuted.
