us mortage funding diversified home solutions kieth stocker and his friend tara infiesta ripped me off for 1500.00 .they promised if they could not get me a loan i would get my deposit back with no questions asked. THEY LIED baca raton, Florida
Us mortage funding/ diversified home solutions was working on my loan since april 2010 its now september. I gave them a 1,500.00 deposit to process my Loan modifacation.Us mortage promise me my money back if my loan would not go through.Well it did not go through because i had to be behind in my mortage payments and suggest that i should play'' the game'' and get 3 payments behind. I refused and wanted my money back.They gave me the run around had me leave messages to various people in their company then changed their phone numbers.Please beware of this so called loan modifacation services its a ''ripoff'' and should be reported for what they are doing to struggling home owners.....I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are a big fraud, they did the same thing to me.
You should contact the FL and PA attorney generals' officesand report them. Also call the Federal trade commission and file a complaint. You can take them to a small claims court if you have some time to spare. They ripped me off of $4000.00 and I'm suing both the company and the individual who told the scamming lies, Marissa Frommer, Paul DeCamara and David Mahler the scamming President of US Funding. They need to go to jail.
