U.S. Office & Industrial Supply lied about sale price, overcharged us by 150% Van Nuys, California
This company called and talked to a plant supervisor. They promised him a special deal on utility knives and trash can liners. They also said it would be free shipping. We received the shipment in two parts - a half case of each item on each shipment. For one case of utility knives and one case of trash can liners we were charged over $900! (Of course they charged us shipping on both deliveries.) They denied lying about the prices and shipping and promised to make a note that they would no longer ship to us unless they went through myself, who is the head of accounting. I advised them to never call or ship to us ever again because we will never be paying another invoice from them in my lifetime. After researching their company on the internet I found numerous other complaints like ours. Do NOT get suckered in by special sale prices because they will never be honored by this company. It is astonishing that they are still in business, but I guess they just take advantage of new people each time. Eventually they will run out of victims and will go belly up, thank goodness.
