US Phone Check.com usphonecheck.com, siko.in, thedu.in They posted false information about me and won't remove it. Chennai Tamil Nadu
I found my name associated with a phone number and address that I'ver never had or lived at on this website. I emailed the website to notify them of the mistake and to remove my name but there was no response. I emailed them (and the side companies) again and this time I told them that I'm a victim of ID theft and to remove the false information about me. Again, there was no response to my email by any of them nor was my name removed on their website.
I did a WHOIS search and this is the information I got:

They do have a "Privacy Policy", but from the lack of response it was just placed there to make the website look legit. They also have two side companies which are the same thing:

I also contacted Public Domain Registry, which is their domain registrar and has a section to report abuse. Their reponse was that their not responsible for what these guys post, get a court order. So what was the point of having a "Report Abuse" form, it's just for show. Please note that this company is also located in India and has various complaints online in relation to scammers. Law enforcement should seriously look into these websites because of their business practices of posting false information. If anyone has the same problem with any of these companies, please notify law enforcement so they can take action.
