US Search A rank amateur produces better results for free Culver Citty California
I gave US Search an individual's full name and address, and got information for someone else entirely. When I complained, I got some well-crafted "tough luck sucker" emails from their *cough* "customer service" dept., but no useful results and no refund. In fact, they were brazen enough to ask me for $75 to begin a comprehensive search. A search of what -- the dingleberries in their underwear?
Oddly, I was able to access correct records myself by looking online under the county recorder's office for the state and county where this individual is domiciled.
How come a complete amateur like me can do this, and US Search (after taking $59.95 of my hard-earned dough) gives me someone else's records and a huge list of potential neighbors (like I care who lives nearby - duh)?
Please, please, please save your money and avoid these scammers like the plague! I wish I had read earlier Rip-off Reports on these losers before I lost my money on them.
