US Security Associates Workplace Harassment San Diego, California
The Guard Force Account Manager, Christian Woodhead, has forced the company into several law suits by taking place in habitual workplace harassment, retaliation, and violating California State and federal labor laws. Several U.S Security Associates employees that have been working at the GA contract including Rancho Bernardo, Saber Springs, and Poway locations have recently filed a class action law suit against the company due to a violation of California labor law Code section 512.
Mr. Woodhead has also harassed multiple Security Officers to the point of having them terminated or reassigned. Many of these Security Officers had filed complaints against Woodhead prior to being removed from the site. Such complaints include workplace harassment and retaliation based on race, color, origin, and medical discrimination. There are currently several filings with Workers Compensation (Liberty Mutual) that are related to mental stress due to being harassed at the work place by Woodhead; these cases have been accepted by the workers compensation insurance company and those individuals are filling individual civil harassment cases against Woodhead.

This report about me is untrue; I have never been named in any lawsuit in my entire life. One way for you gauge whether a Ripoff Report article is true or a false accusation is to look elsewhere on the internet for supporting articles or evidence, especially where a lawsuit is mentioned. If what the anonymous author says is true, there should be something else out there about me but there isn't. Ask yourself why.
When you Googled my name, why was the only negative information you found, located on Ripoff Report? Because on this site, anyone can post anything on Ripoff Report; it's not verified for accuracy. It's not Ripoff Report's fault because it would be impossible for them to verify everything that was posted here about every company and every person. So, whether it's me, another company or someone else you're looking into, if the only thing you can find about a person / company is listed here, consider that the accusation is probably untrue.
