Received call on 3/26/19 telling me that my service agreement I had for 3 years was expiring. I told them not renew it and they told me that I had a $500 credit. I told them to credit my credit card. They told me that this can't be done by them, and I had to do this through my online checking account.

They asked me for the last four numbers of my checking account which was the first mistake I made. They were already in my computer w/o my permission. Then they told me you will see a screen pop up to enter your $500.00 credit. I entered my credit of 500.00 but I when I hit return on the keyboard in went in as $50,000.00. I got scared and not thinking, I thought I owed them money. I offered to pay them back by bank certified check but they refused. They instructed me to go and withdraw cash and purchase Apple Gift Cards and Target Gift Cards and Walmart Gift Cards. Remove the adhesive from the back of the card and read them the numbers which I did.

Walmart did not provide me with the Gift Cards thank God. Security stopped me. The $50,000.00 really scared me. They wanted me to repeat the same thing Wednesday, March 27, 2019 going to a different Apple store and this time maybe a Best Buy. But I didn't go. I went to my Bank told the bank officer what happeded and had her notify the police as well. I lost $13,999.00 Cash because I had to withdraw the money from my bank to pay for the gift cards. I called Apple and Target and the cards were used already.
