I used to work for this company. It was a great company while Max Fuller was in the office but once he turned it over to his son, they went downhill so quickly and are continuing this downfall. I have heard drivers complain about this company but it was always their lack of wanting to work and getting anything done that was the most common problem. Now that they have fired most of their tenured people and brought in these people who have no clue about what they are doing, it led to nothing but frustration and retaliation on their part. I can honestly say, I was one of their best drivers and still have a squeeky clean driving record and none of this was my fault.

I was under a load and needed to do a 34 hour restart. I had the authorization already to deliver the load then go home and do a 34 hour restart. It was all good and great until they decided to hire this dispatcher who came over from another company of which I am not going to disclose. I thankfully had my fleet manager's personal contact information so he was able to help me when I needed it. He even took my phone call the day this happened so he knew what to do come Monday to help me out and he held true to his word too. He had told me where this guy had come from and that he was young and dumb and didn't know anything. This guy wanted me to go run another load that I did not have the hours for. Granted my team partner did but we could not have delivered on time due to my lack of hours. I advised him I wasn't going to run it due to lack of hours and will be taking a 34. He continued to argue with me. I called the company trying to talk to the operations manager to stop this harassment but the call was refused due to it not being important or an emergency. Then he called me and got irate with me and stated things that were not acceptable. I am a no bs woman and won't stand for it. So I put him in his place and told him to go back where he came from. This prompted him to run to the operations manager and complain like a little kid. Then I get a phone call from the operations manager. He proceeded to chew me out and say volgur things to me and act anything other than professional. I got very upset at this point and he told me I was in the wrong but I told him he didn't hear that phone call and I had a witness to that phone call from the little whimp and how he treated me.

The end result of that call, we were finishing our load; however, it couldn't be delivered til Monday so I was told to go sit and wait over the weekend. Then they call me about 40 minutes later saying take the load 200 miles back the opposite way and drop it and go pick up this load and drop it, then do it again with another load, then go pick up another load and run it. I refused and told them this is retaliation and I will not do it. I threatened to take them to court over this because it is illegal and it is NOT company policy to run a load 200 miles the opposite way when they NEVER have and NEVER will authorize to go 50 miles out of way to drop a load. Needless to say, the retaliation never stopped on the weekends because they allowed this guy to stay in the company.

I had issues with my home time and they were constantly getting me home late. My final straw was getting stuck out in Florida knowing I had to be on the other side of the country in 3 days and they could not pull it off. They were going to get me a plane ticket so I could be there on time because I had no choice but to be there but then when it came time to do it, they refused and my wonderful fleet manager went to bat for me but they didn't care and in the end result it caused some issues for him too but as he stated it was worth it. He called me on his way home to tell me what happened and I advised him then that when I got home that was it and I was walking off that truck because I had worked too long and too hard for them to do this and would not put up with anymore bs out of this company. He understood and ended up quitting very shortly after I did too because he was too pissed off that they did this to me. Take it from me, they will put up a good game in orientation but in the end result, they do not care about their drivers and will screw you every which way possible. Also, do not run solo with this company, you will never make the money you need to because they won't run you worth a crap either.
