I ordered the USA Platinum card with the assumption that I would be able to use it. WRONG!! I cannot find a website or any other means on ordering anything. After reading many other rip-off reports on the same company, I realized I have been taken for a scam. All I want is my money back!!

Get your money back now

#2Consumer Suggestion

Hi, If you applied for the card then call them now and tell them you want to cancel your membership (I am not sure about the Privacy Policy at www.usaplatinumcard.com but my membership did not exceed 1 month) Toll Free: 1-800-580-1065 (found in online account of Fleet) They will give you a consumer number and also tell you to certify mail back all the stuff that they send you. That's it. Your money will be back in 7 days like I got back mine :-) I have also got this mail and thought that there was something wrong in it. As the Credit payments showed that most of the fees like Over-Limit and APR was '0' or not applicable I was still at doubt. I checked out various websites and found that USA platinum was rated there too. In one of this websites I found another card similar to USA Platinum which showed that they could give you a credit of 7,500$ but the customer had to purchase items from their online store. They gave the address of the online store and showed the price of the stuff in it. But USA Platinum never spoke of such a store and you would never know untill the letter arrived with the card telling about the store and its website. However I wish that all of the others who have suffered this loss, read this mail and act now. Besides in future before applying for somethin you have to take advice from other experienced persons and check out sites like this which could give you information about rip-offs. I had no idea about the rip-off untill I searched the net for a contact email address of USA Platinum and that lead me to this site where I read the horrified stories of other people. After a week of receiving my mail from them I called them and cancelled the account. A point to be noted is that, I have read previous mails and some of them say that they never received the card. Instead of sitting back, I think you should also call the same toll - free number above now. I feel the company does not send the card intially untill the customer calls them or sort of. I got my card after 15 days instead of the 7-day promise they made me, I called the same toll free number and asked about it. That's all I have to say. An Indignant.
