On Oct. 05/2004 this so called company took $79.00 from me.

After not hearing from them, I called them on Oct 07/2004 I was told that a packet would be mailed out on Oct.08/2004. I am still waiting!

Nada, nothing from them. How many others have been ripped off?

This company needs to be stopped by the law.

Why you have not received your package

Ma'am I was an employee at USA Credit and it is a good company to work for and no they are not ripping people off. When you were contacted by a sales rep, they explained to you that you would receive your package in 7 to 10 business days AFTER you membership processing date. Now you stated that you applied on October 5th? Depending on when you set your draft up it takes 8 days for them to receive a response from your bank as to whether the fee is paid or nsf. After it becomes paid on the 8th day your package will be mailed to you on the very next business day and you are to allow 7-10 business days to receive it. It is coming from Pennsylvania. If you had questions as to why you haven't received your package, why didn't you call them? They would of explained the same thing that I just did. You should give them a call 1-800-262-7912. They are available till 9pm on Monday-Thursday and until 5pm on Friday and 10-2 on Saturday. That's Eastern Time.
