USA Credit USA Credit withdrew $149.95 illegally fraudulent, caused overdraft fees, rental evication notice, IS SOMEONE GOING TO STOP THIS????? Uniontown Pennsylvania
My fiance and I went on the internet to look at how much we had in the bank to pay for our rent and come to find money gone out of our account. $149.95 was debited from our account without authorization and caused us to be short on rent. They had previously tried according to our online statement on July 11, 2007 and it was returned and we incurred an overdraft fee on top of that.
Now, Aug. 4, 2007 they were able to bypass Wells Fargo and debit from our account. Called the bank and they issued a stop payment on our account which will be taking 3-5 business days so we might get an eviction notice by then. They are going to investigate the charge and get back to me. This is ridiculous. I have read the ripoffreport.com and there are, before me, 857 reports on this company. Why is nothing being done????? Where are our FBI and CIA trackers now??? They track online sex predators and online job scammers overseas and domestic but they can not shut down a company that has ripped off probably millions by now from the US citizens. WHY NOT!!!??? What is the hold up and what are they lacking???? I want somethig done about this and this report is only the beginning. This will not happen and another thing is how come the banks are not catching this or even warned about this company for the future clients???????????
Anyone have any class action lawsuit information, anyone know a lawyer willing to stand up to this???? I am so upset.

EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE PART IN HELPING ME GET THIS COMPANY BACK FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!! HELP STOP THEM NOW! I am a single mom and I know this has been so hectic for me and I know you guys want justice. Help me finish what I have started. I want them stopped from doing this to someone else. Please read below and follow the instructions to get our case started....... I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint against them for what they did. I will not stand and let them do this to people and especially mess with my money. I was told to let all of you know that you all have to call in and everyone file their own report. They need a pattern of reports. She said the more reports that they can receive the more ammunition they have and they will investigate this company and put a stop to it. 900 people can not be lying...come on. So, we need to voice our complaint to them. Now, the automated system was a little tricky....First of all their number is 1-877-382-4357. The options to press are as follows.... Press 4 "file a complaint on other..." Press 5 "more options" Press 0 "to speak to a consumer counselor" Then Press 2 "New caller/Never called before" (YOU NEED TO HAVE THEIR INFORMATION WHICH IS ALSO LISTED BELOW FOR ALL OF YOU... IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO FIND IT ALL) Follow the instructions from there on like entering in your zip code and completing a brief questionnaire before speaking to the consumer counselor. The counselor will then ask you for all information and you can tell them you are filing a complaint with USA Credit for illegally withdrawing $149.95 from your account. They will submit your complaint which will then be linked with other complaints against that same company for the same thing and then it all starts.
