Bob Bernardino, Winston Bainbridge and Todd Payne are scum of the earth and common criminals. They called offering grant money but only took mine. Are these their real names? Who knows because everything else they said was a lie! They said I needed to start a non-profit Corp. to get funding for my business and once I paid the money to get started I was left out in the cold with no help.
