USA Voice Mail, OAN Dishonst RIP-OFF Claimed I ordered this or that I DID NOT order USA INTERNET NATIONWIDE
I am sorry to be here reporting a company at all. But I know that it is important for me to tell this to warn others.
I was billed by this company for 4 months of $13 plus taxes for a service I did not order. When I called the (888) number I got from my phone company, I was told that I filled out a survey and that I requested the service by entering my name and email address. They had ALOT of personal information on me, my full real name, address, email address and they tried to tell me they had the last four of my SSN. *which, thanks be unto God* they did not have correct.
I am very upset about this entire thing. I will be making a report to the BBB with them as soon as I can. I will also be trying to find their address. I can share with you 3 different phone numbers for the company and an email address.

My pray is that they will not do this to any one else! I also hope that what they are doing is not legal and that there is indeed action taken against them.
There is another company called "Family Discount Newtwork" that has been doing the same thing that this company has been doing. PLEASE lets all be careful to whom we give our telephone numbers to. I for one will be taking my number and UN-listing it! I DO NOT want this to happen again.

I too had a run in with these bastards, which is the only way to describe them. Charges showing up phone bill, for voice mail and other services that were supposedly ordered online. One suggestion is to call your local phone company and to PREVENT the problem again, by now allowing 3rd party billing, to your phone bill. I did get the charges removed at least for now, but could also tell what a slimebag compamy that this and similar ones are doing to innocent people. ALso file with the www.ftc.gov so they will get shutdown PERMANENTLY.
