USAJailCalls.com These people take your money and give you a phone number that does not work. I severred all tyes with them and noticed they have deducted money out of my account. I even filed a complaint with the BBB against them. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service person is nasty and rude. Internet
I purchased a local phone number from JAILCallsUSA.com to get a local number to connect with an inmate which should have saved me alot of money in long distance calls. The companies phone number worked initially then quit working. I contacted them and they said it was not their fault the number didn't work. Global telink had a specific line for this phone number they provided and that line was paid for and working. I contacted their customer service and they said it wasn't their fault the line would not work, I lost my money. Giving them the beenfit of the doubt I tried again with a six month membership adn tried to get it working. It never worked. They refused to fix it and the customer service person was horribly rude to me. I asked for my money back and they refused me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint and still did not get my money back. I cancelled the line, the line with gloabal telink and it has not existed for about a year. Today they took $59.70 out of my personal account while the number is not even in service or being used. I want this stopped immediately. These people are fraudulant and not providing a working service yet they are taking money. This is fraud!!!!
