USAShopping Club ripoff, deceptive,and false advertising Uniontown Pennsylvania
I joined this club for a one-time membership fee of $79.95 only to find out when my card arrived that $19.95 would be deducted from my checking acount monthly.
I placed an order on Dec. 12 and was assured that the order would be in my possession by Dec. 20th. I called the company and was told that my merchandise would not even be shipped until the shipping cost which you are required to pay clears their system. I immediately told them I was on-line filing a complaint with the FTC and my State Attorney General. I was told I would have to have my membership package on their desk by Thursday, 22 Dec. in order to cancel my membership and get refunded the membership fee and shipping cost. When I mention the FTC and the Attorney, they immediately made a conference call to my bank and issued my refunds.
That told me that this company was definately not on the "up and up". Shoppers beware of this bogus club!
