USB CustomFlashDrives Consumer Beware! SCAMMERS with BAD PRODUCT Internet, Internet
This company is a pure scam! Buyers beware and stay far, far away! Here are the reasons why:
- I purchased over 300 flash drives back in August 2011. My first inclination that there was something wrong with this company was was when it took over a month and a half before receiving the product I'd ordered. My company regularly transfers photos for clients on to flash drives at the end of and event and we hand them over to the client before we leave. When we started using this companies flash drives over half of them were defective and giving us error messages. That doesn't look very professional to our clients; especially when we tell them that they will have a flash drive with all the photos at the end of the event!
- When this issue was discovered I made many follow up Emails and phone calls to the company and finally got am Email reply from John David saying that the "IT Department" would be in touch that day to resolve the issue- of course no phone call came.
- I've since then called the company countless times and for every "extension" number to push on their phone menu it goes back to the same persons voice mail. There is never anyone who answers the phone!
- I've sent countless Emails trying to resolve this issue with the company and they all go UN-answered.
I've spent over $1500 on a item where less than half of them work!
Consumer beware!! Steer clear of this complete scam of a company.
