U.S.Boiler if our product is discontinued within 9 years you will not have repair parts lancaster Pennsylvania
My 9 year old Burnham Revolution II needed its water manifold assembly replaced at the start of the 2015 heating season. The part is no longer available through the company nor web supply houses because the model was discontinued. I had to have the unit replaced immediately or I will not have heat this winter. Annette Kreider from U.S.Boiler wrote: "As a goodwill gesture, U.S.Boiler Company was in the process of locating a manufacturer of a replacement water manifold assembly. ...you were offered a goodwill rebate if you had replaced it with a U.S.Boiler Company product." If I took their offer, I would freeze this winter. U.S.Boiler Company did not support their product in my case.
