On December 27, 2009 paypal sent me an email stating that uscoachbags.com has supplied them with a tracking number. Ok, cool, things are working out, so I thought. Bag arrived the 4th of January and it was the wrong bag. I emailed LindaLi right away letting them know that I received the wrong bag. Now I am really pissed! So I contacted Paypal again to let them know what was happening. I spoke to an operator, they basically told me that I was not going to be able to get a refund because there is now way to prove what I purchased and paid for. There was no item description when I paid through paypal. However, they stated the case would remain open and they would try to contact LindaLi again. After speaking to paypal, they suggested that I file a report with the FBI internet crimes division IC3.org. So I did. LindaLi then got back to me about the bag on Jan 6, 2010 she said, pls don't worry , cause the stong snow also the christmas , so the
scheduled flight is very tensional , so the package go on slowly .pls
don't worry , i will contact our shipper offer you a track# soon. Wow, thats sounds familiar, you sent me the same repsone when this whole deal started. I emailed back right away and asked her if this an automated response. Well, she emailed right back and asked to me to take pictures of the bag, the box and the shipping label. Unfortunately, the battery to my digital camera was dead so I had to wait til the next day to take pictures which was Jan. 7th. I took the pictures, typed up an email and sent it. The email came back to me. [email protected] nolonger exists. Now what, anyone have any ideas?

I kept on emailing them and finally received another response with a tracking number. I looked up the tracking numbers on ems.com.cn (international shipping), after seeng that the package was handed over to USPS after it arrived in the states I plugged the tracking # into USPS website and found that the package was already delivered to someone out in Harvey, IL. I was mad so I contacted USPS and they verified that the package was delivered. So I emailed uscoachbags.com again, LindaLi responded "oh sorry, the shipping company must have given me the wrong tracking number. Previous to this, I filed a complaint with PayPal, because I paid through them. I escalated the claim because I was getting j%@#k$# around. Paypal sent me an email right after Christmas saying that the seller has provided them with a tracking number and they are forwarding it to me. I looked up the new tracking number and there is a package under that tracking number that is being sent to the US. If you paid through Paypal file a claim and keep emailing uscoachbags.com. Oh by the way both of their websites have been down for a few days now. Will update with new information.

I also have been ripped off by this US Coach hand bag site! Were you able to get your money back? I am now going to get a hold of my bank and see if they can give me back my cash. This is rediculous, I was just now trying to find where my bag is... for it was a christmas gift, and now the site DOESN'T EXIST!!!!! ARRGH!
