usedphones.com Sundance Communications Failure to pay for merchandise Simi Valley, California
Sold used phones $700 worth of used phone equipment in May 2012 per their purchase order. Repeated phone calls and emails have not yeilded any payments. Was told the owner was getting a divorce and all assets were tied up in court. After reading other reports I find this highly doubtful. Reported them to the BBB but they would not respond to the BBB inquiries. I am finding multiple accouonts of this company ripping people off and not paying. BEWARE.
