I was never actually charged a second time because I canceled my PayPal auto payments, because i could find no info on how to cancel on their website. I thought all was well and then I got an email stating i owe this company..

 

The outstanding total claim is specified as follows: 



Now just about every month i get an email with a new outstanding amount that is substantially higher than the first amount that they are saying im obligated to pay.. Since when are you obligated to pay for a prepaid service that you are only able to use AFTER you make a successful payment? I never even used the trial I have made every attempt to make peace with these people and come to an agreement but it seems like they just want to scam any and everybody out of their money.  I have added some emails they sent me along with some insertions as to where they themselves say in so many words that their service is prepaid. 

 

I will now be contacting the internet fraud center to see what they say about all of this.

 

I got this email in the beginning of July 2016..

07.07.16 00:16.

You can check your payment details, amend them if required and initiate payment

^^^ It says right there, I will only be able to use the service once i pay^^^  I no longer wanted the service so i didnt respond!!! ^^^^^^

data you entered to be checked.

If you selected PayPal as the payment method, please ensure

a) that you have granted PayPal permission to withdraw from your bank account or

Today i got this 

concerning the claim of  Aviteo Ltd. - Gainsborough House, which we are representing, we contacted you on 08.09.2016 and informed you in detail about the outstanding payment.

 

 

 

The actual claim added up to 161,02 EUR so far and results from the delivery of goods/rendering of services plus extra costs due to the delay in payment.

^^^^^Delivery of what goods, my trial ended and my account was canceled, how do you still think you are owed money for a product that ended and to "CONTINUE SERVICES" has to be paid for^^^^^

 

 

 

Unfortunately, we have not yet received any payment.

 

However, it is surely within your own interest to finally close this matter by paying the outstanding amount.

 

 

 

To avoid considerable additional costs and inconveniences we kindly ask you to settle your debt at the latest by 20.10.2016. Please usethe following payment methods:
