As of May 8, 2003, the Utah Department of Consumer Affairs is gathering information for another class action law suite. Please file a report. I have been dealing with the same issues. I have filed a report with Au Pauga at the Utah Consumer Affairs Department. This department took Avalon AKA Epenzio, Pacific Webworks, Work-At-Home, etc. (They are all the same company) to court in March for the same complaints. They took them to court in violation of the Consumer Sales Practices Act. They are getting ready to file another class action suit against Avalon and in order for you to be listed as a plantiff, you need to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department. Here is the website: www.consumerprotection.utah.gov The person handling this is Au Pauga Utah Division of Consumer Protection Heber M. Wells Building, Second Floor 160 East 300 South, SM Box 14607 Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 (801) 530-6601 fax (801) 530-6001 Please file right away and tell anyone else that you know is in the predicament

The Consumer Protection Agency of the State of Utah is investigating ePenzio and its affiliates. I am a victim of these companies and my complaint is now part of a hearing being held March 27th. The investigator that I am working with is Ao Pauga at the Utah Division of Consumer Protection Agency. I told Mr Pauga that there are more people in the same situation I am in. He stated that no one else can become involved in the current hearing but, for every 3-4 additional complaints they will investigate and if warranted hold additional hearings. Everyone that feels they have been fictimized by these companies needs to file a compliant with the Attorney General's office for the State of Utah. The website to file a complaint is: www.commerce.utah.gov You can also contact Ao Pauga at: [email protected] 801-530-6601 telephone 801-530-6001 fax I hope this information is helpful to all. Good luck
