Today I had a package that USPS tracking said was "out for delivery". I spoke to my carrier & he said he didn't have it. I called the local office (43207) spoke to Ivan, Ian couldn't understand his thick Russian accent. He said another carrier had it & would deliver it. While I was waiting by the door the tracking updated to say "delivered at the mailbox" even though it WAS NOT! I tried to call back & the phone was busy until 8pm . It rang then & no one answered!

Starting BEFORE Christmas until February 3rd, we never had Saturday mail delivery. I had packages "out for delivery" including medication. I would call & ask if we were getting mail delivery & was told yes. Immediately after hanging up the tracking was changed to "business was closed" or "no access"! My parents built this HOUSE 60 years ago & it has NEVER been a business! Even during snow events my walks were clear & there was complete access to my porch (mailbox)! This has been an recurring problem for the last year! When they didn't deliver my medication on Saturday I had to wait until Monday or Tuesday if Monday was a holiday!I've complained to the supervisor EVERY TIME & it has NEVER changed! I may be out of luck for the money of the item that was not delivered. It was sent 1st class without insurance. I'm disabled and on a very small fixed income & I can't afford to lose ANY money, especially to USPS incompetence!
