Company contact me by a voice recording from 855 203 9054 , stating this was the last attempt to send FAX documents, person name Jennifer asked me to call 855 204 0236 . Contact # stated that they were collecting for a loan company TRIPLE SEC or someone, in which I have never hear of, explained that I don't have a contract with them and/or any other loan company. As i requested company's information they put me on hold for appox.
5 min to transfer and then hung up. I call back then a man answered, I told him this was harassment, that you keep calling put not providing there company information and I have given you atty. information, to stop calling me. He stated that they had never talked to me and they were closing my file and issuing a supena, I state see you in court then. The company wouldn't provide information, stated there legit. Recording still calling, put them on block.
