I waited all this time to join the computer craze, and I am embarassed to say my first was from ShopNBC. Let me join your class action suit! Got the CPU, upgraded monitor, camera in April '02. ShopNBC does not honor 180-days same as cash; try 22.8%! Start using the computer... every logon restarts with a "serious error occurred." I've talked to nearly all techs at hardware support, but no luck. Last guy had me disable the error reporting!

A tech came to my house in Aug02 (a day off from work for me) and was honest enough to say the new modem they sent doesn't work; my old modem may not show up again (??), my 3rd PCI slot is useless,tuner card doesn't bring in a signal, the error messages (and there have been dozens) sound like the MOTHERBOARD is no good. V2Premier says: do an emergency system recovery, lose all the software, reload it all yourself, everything should work after. Right.

Now it's 09/02, I still haven't been able to write a document or use the I-net like I planned, and this junk is definitely NOT "ready to use as soon as it arrives." JIM PETERSEN, you are a fraud. Your ShopNBC producer wouldn't let me make my testimonial, but he did say I should call you and gave me the number above. I'm stuck with a $2500 charge bill, a computer I can't use, aggravation every time I logon. PLEASE!!! Someone get these jerks off TV and get me a DELL! I feel stupid that I got hooked.
