Like the many others who have report the fraudulent selling practices of Vacation Network. It has been a almost two years since I was promised 1/2 refund of the contract I paid for their vacation products/incentives. On numerous occaisions I have been told the refund would be guaranteed by a specific date (3 total) over the past two years and yet I have not received my refund or any follow-up correspondence.

I have also been told I was number 70 on the waiting list that is still pending their refund and yet it has been several months since I was told that. The last call I made was about a month ago and was told due to the economy they could only send out money when they have the money. Honestly, the economy was not in the condition two years ago nor even really 1 year ago. They have held on to my money collecting interest on it or whatever they are doing with it..not quite sure. I was told by another customer service agent that I would receive my refund, again guaranteed not later tha May of this year and that was the final date.

My thinking there should be a class action law suite brought against this incredibly incompetent business. My thinking they will be going out of business in May and therefore provide the excuse not to make good to their promises....quite amazing to say the least.
