Called this company to purchase the $99 resort deal at 2pm on Friday, called back at 8:30pm to cancel after seeing and hearing about the way this company operates. The General Manager, Christy Patrick (assuming that is her name), answered my call and told me that I would have to call back in the morning to speak with someone in accts payable. I asked her to note my acct this evening to state what time I was calling to cancel because I did not want to be caught after the 24 hr policy.

She asked me who told me about the 24 hr refund policy and I told her the person I spoke with. She then states that she would then have to pull the recorded call. I told her to do this on her own time and cancel my order now. She then told me she wasn't doing anything that I told her to do and then hung up on me after calling me hateful. I called back and the agent (Amy) was informed to hang up on me too. I called back again and Katy answered the phone and I asked her for her manager, she told me that she was new and didn't know her name.

So I asked to speak to her direct manger and she told me that she didn't know her name either or the person sitting in the cube next to her. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back and I was immediately put on hold for a long period of time with nobody coming to the phone. I am extremely upset with this company. This is the biggest scam and they need to be investigated. Buyer Beware. Do not purchase anything from this company!!! They are horrible! I am going to have to dispute the charges through my bank.
