VALENCE OPERATING COMPANY TALKED ME INTO A 7,500 CONTRACT TO HAVE ME SIGN OVER MY PROPERTY RIGHTS THEY DIDNT PAY KINGWOOD TX
AS STATED ABOVE THEY POSE AS AN OIL COMPANY THAT WILL PAY TO LEASE YOUR OIL RIGHTS THEN ONCE YOU SIGN THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY DONT SEND YOU YOUR MONEY AS THEY DID TO ME I WAS PATIENT AND WAITED 3 MONTHS THEY NAILED ME FOR 7,500 .
im of course hireing an attorney and contacting federal athoritys. i will not stand for any business treating local members of my comunity like this. they are going to learn real quick
