Valencia Dodge Completely Unprofessional Santa Clarita California
We test drove a vehicle last weekend and have been communicating with the sales rep Bryan since then. We had a deal essentially in place. They called me twice this morning to verify I was coming in and ran my credit. I told them I would be in approximately an hour from the time of the phone call. We get in to be told the vehicle sold the previous night and tried to show me more expensive vehicles. Why run my credit if you didn't have the car I was coming in to buy? Completely unprofessional.
