VALIANT HOMES LTD. SAM TOLICH his details no longer valid had completed 2 subcontract work with agreement signed in oct-nov 2014. up until now we've been playing cat chasing mouse to make outstanding payments to our company. He had ignored our emails, phone calls and attempts to contact him. Last week was our last encounter with him through his office receptionist trying to ensure payments made to us. He had only briefly said it would bel last Friday we would receive payments. None has been made to us up to this point. We made a officelocation visit and office was closed and was told by a contractor that all work had been stopped last Monday (23rd Feb, 2015) due to receivership. We then called his mobile which gave a voicemail message that Sam was no longer working for the company and to call Hamish. He has been lying to us the entire time. A horrible fraudulent company and it is no wonder that he gets himself into deep trouble because he has been a terrible manipulator who has dealt with and handled his business dealings without professionalism and great deception. Please be warned not to deal with such lousy, dishonest, and insincere person as Sam Tolich GLENFIELD Auckland
Agreements were signed by both parties, our company and Sam Tolich of Valiant Homes Nz. Ltd. to perform work for two sites which both included painting and carpentry work for all exterior surfaces of houses.
Up to now, our company has been calling Sam Tolich to issue payments to our company for work completed. Both jobs at two different sites were completed in October-November 2014. From then on, there were no payments made to us for all work completion even after chasing him and his office workers.
Last week was our last encounter with Sam Tolich, when we called his office, like how we did several times before, to ensure our payments were made to our company as agreed upon in agreement. He didn't pick up the phone but told the receptionist that it would definitely be last Friday (of the same week). None of it has been paid to us up to this point.
Yesterday, we made a visit to its office location and found everything was closed. Another contractor who saw us walked up to us and said that all the work had been stopped on Monday for receivership. We were shocked really to have found out then.
In our efforts to try and track him down and what would be our next move, we stumbled upon this when I made a google search. I am greatly disappointed and absolutely angry because these people think they can rip us off and would get away with it.
Please, if you know where to find Sam Tolich please help us. We are a subcontractor with genuine objectives and purposes. We wish to have a lawyer help us in our case, however, we are only a small company with our own financial obligations to care for. Sam Tolich and his company are deceitful, heartless and full of lies.
We are very disappointed and angry at him.
We hope that you will response to our call to alert everyone so he would not pursue more victims to feed on.

In the nz herald today, receivers stymied by lack of records and questionable accounting ledgers(particularly debtor and creditor balances)
Work has also resumed on some sites
