Your Current Order Details:

Product Name: 30 Phentermine 37.5mg Pills

Purchase Date: 2007-03-29 23:38:43

Order Origin: value-pharm.com

This is a copy of the letter I sent to my credit card company. No identify information is in it.

I am sending this letter in before the 60 days even though according to their policy I have to wait until 3 days after the promised re-shipped delivery date, which they state is 6/1/07. My e-mail says differently, 5/17/07. I placed my original order 3/29/07 and was shipped 3/30/07. Order was to be received 10-15 business days. I received a delay in shipping e-mail 4/7/07 that due to high demand there was a delay and now to wait an extra 14 days. I re-ordered on 5/7/07 and my order was re-shipped 5/8/07. On 5/9/07 I received another e-mail stating there was a delay but my order should be on time and in fact I might get two orders but only pay for one.

As of today there is no order and they will not respond to any of my e-mails. Their customer service phone number is bogus, it is either busy or someone picks up and says please hold, then walks away. You can hear them in the background. They say they ship registered mail, and I have even seen complaints where value-pharm said the consumer received their order and the consumer did not. I have two receptionists where I work, they sign for my orders. Therefore, just for future reference they cannot say I signed for it.

I investigated this company further and found that their delay tactics are a way to keep consumers money and then the 60-day policy for disputing a charge is past. Funny, how 6/1/07 is exactly 60 days from my billing date. Then I have to wait 3 business days before I can even ask for a refund. I saw an online complaint from another consumer on how she had to fill out this form, e-mail it back and then wait while value-pharm makes sure she did not receive her order. In the e-mail is also a threat that they will blacklist her if found she received her product and asked for credit. A month later the woman still did not have her refund and the 60 days was past to dispute her charges.

I am taking precautions and making sure you are aware of my problem within the correct time frame. I was threatened today that I would be blacklisted if they give me credit before the delivery date. I told them credit me anyways and blacklist me, but they refused. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I dont think there is much they can do. They also have other online pharmacies but they just use different names.

Update:

I received a package today. They have 30 capsules in a plastic baggy. The capsules are completely empty and the plastic capsule does not dissolve in water. The capsules are not the proper coloring of Phentermine capsules. Besides I ordered pills, not capsules. Had they told me capsules I would have canceled my order. I took one two hours ago and so far nothing is happening. I did contact value-pharm and requested a refund, stating the problem with the order. They may claim they are generic, but I have seen all the different generics and it does not look like these. But, regardless the product is not doing anything. I have taken Phentermine before from my Nurse Practitioner, I am fully aware of how they work and the effects.

I requested a refund today. We will see what happens.
