Well  I am writing this due to the fact that the company Value T Sales takes advantage of their workers that don't speak up with their problems. My father Jose Camacho has been a worker with Value T Sales for almost a decade.

Early in his job thinks were great, then as time has passed by, little by little the company has done things that have had an effect on Jose Camacho. In the summer of 2007 Jose had no work for almost 2 months. This company remodels foreclosed homes  and sells them for a higher price, in which my father Jose takes part in remodeling them so they meet the needs to sell on the market.

In the process of remodeling the home a significant amount of money is required. The Company Value T Sales provides most the time little to no money leading to my father using his own earnings to obtain materials needed for the job. Most of the time leaving him with an empty pocket to feed his family.

By the time a paycheck does come, my father never gets reimbursed 100% for all the materials he supplied for the job to be completed. So in the whole process he ends up loosing money which Value T Sales feels no need to reimburse.

Now it has come to the point which my father has no knowledge what so ever of why the company will not pay him. As of November 24, 2009 Jose Camacho has come up to sums that are equivalent to $14,000 in which Jose Camacho is entitled to.
Yet the company Won't do anything about it, leaving my father with a heavy load on his back. $14,000 is a great amount which no one would like to loose. So why should Jose, since he has proved his great working ability to his company.

the worker of this company Jose was not involved in the original report made.I, His son felt I was doing no wrong what so ever by filing this report on this website. I misunderstood a conversation, and decided to make this post.

I had no intent for defamation, and i sincerely apologize to anyone that my report upset. Neither or of my parents had any consent of my action. I had no reason to file this report. What i posted was just based on my own opinion and nothing more.

In the time the report was made i was just a sixteen year old with extra time on my hands doing research. After my family was contacted about my report, I realize what I have done is not right.

Overall this company has provided My family with emotional and economical security, and yet i again I apologize for my childish actions.

I Jose Camcho jr. Jose Camacho Sr's son Apologize to Mr. Don Rady and the productive Value T. Sales Company for any mistaken defamation done. This is a life lesson learned, that i wish will have no harm to any others around me.

it now seems everything has been going in line with the man, and his job. Jose has been working steady in his job, and as of now does not have any problems with work. His presence brings radiance to his murky home after a hard day of work.

i have come to realize that value t sales does not have anything to do with the emloyees getting payed. it is some superintendent that is reallly busy that never has time to pay what is needed to his workers. as of the last week a couple checks have been made but not equaling the total sum.
hopefully the man gets what he is entitled for.
