You apply for a loan through the Vancouver Trust Company they call you and tell you, you have been approved for a secure loan, but need to get insurance before you can get the loan. They tell you an amount to send to the insurance officer in Canada, but they have one in the states, but prefer to use the one in Canada. You never get the loan and this you are out of $800-$1,100 dollars.
