Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Vanderbilt mortgage companys employees are rude I receive between 6-7 calls daily and now they have left 9 messages in one day at my husbands job. We are on a payment plan with our loan officer
Our payments are always there by the end of the month which was approved. when they call they tell us we are not so we talk to the loan officaer and she said we were and that everything was fine now my husband is about to be fired because of all the calls. Guess they didn't take that into account ( I dont work due to medical reasons) No job means no money which means no payment. The harressing calls are causing alot of grief and tears. They cuss us, threaten us, and now my husbands job is in jeopardy His employer has even told them to stop the calls......Something needs to be done I am so sick of them Why cant someone stop them before they kill someone with all the worry and heart attacks this company Im sure has caused. I cant pull money out of my behind! they know the economy is bad......Please someone help us I wll be willing to join a class action lawsuit. The company still has 2500.00 dollars of ours from a hurricane that they will not give us or apply to our loan.........If you are an attorney reading this and the other posts please help us....
Why does vanderbilt deserve to do what they want? Guess they think the law doesnot apply to them!

Write or call the offices of Warren E Buffett 3555 Farnam St Omaha, NE 68131 (402) 346-1400. He runs Vanderbilt's parent corporation. Always go to the top. Someone in his executive offices will probably be assigned to look into it. Even if not, nothing much more to lose by trying.

No its not spammers or a scam its VB.....they identified them self its always the same number. They have different people call and if i hang up they call back to back numerous times....But calling a place of employment 9 times and my home 6-7 times is crazy. I hate VB.....I hope Karma is a u know what.

Do they have heavy accents, hard to understand, screaming, then your Mortgage Payments are OK, these thieves will copy ANYBODY and cuss like sailors.
