11 yrs later $40,000 in interest balance $23,000 and some change.

she was suppose to be only a co-signer, she never filled out a lot lease
in the rules it states only the title holder can live in the home, so we have seen harassment over this whole ordeal.
we moved in, didn't know anything about the terms, filled out a lease.
she did not tell her husband about the loan and now we can't sell it because we are not the actual owners this bank won't neg a reasonable cash pay off with us.
And the mother in law expects us to be %100 responsible for it. I have advertised it, but her husband answers the phone can tells the buyers "wrong number"
This has caused my Family a hardship, I'M here to warn others
Never trust your in Laws
and never trust a company that offers a simple interest loan.
