Vanderbilt Mortgage most fraudulent dishonest company i have ever seen, dosn't care about their costumers needs AT ALL. Ripoff! Maryville Tennessee
We have been with vanderbilt for almost 4 years now and have had h*ll with them, and claytons ever since. me and my husband were very young when we purchaced our home, and were screwed very badly. we got absolutely no paper work on our home, and the man who sold us our home, mysterously got fired from there shortly after.
we have asked Vanderbilt for our paper work several times over the past THREE YEARS and have yet to receive anything. our home got broken into last summer, over $1,500 worth of loss according to the police report, and we just received $350 three months ago!!
i desprately want to refinance with another company, but have had no luck so far. I do not see how this company stays in business as dirty as they do their costumer's, something has to be done!
they harrass me and my husband at work if we are even 2 days late.(we have never been 30 days late,) claytons promised to move our home, due to circumstances with our land lord, we were out $1,800 and were left homeless, living with our parent's (with 3 children) for 10 months!!! before they decided to move our home. it completely blows my mind that people can be this powerless over there finances, surely there is something we can do!!
