Vangaurd Capital Group LLC Vangaurd has taken a $2500.00 deposit for a loan that they have not funded nor will they refund the $2500.00 Aliso Viejo, California
Vangaurd approved my company to receive a loan in the amount of $200,000.00 on 9/23/2009. I was working with Chad Lee. The first time Chad pulled my personal credit to approve me for the loan was 9/23/2009.
He then told me the loan will fund in 2 weeks. They had to send someone out to appraise the tools for the business and they did that a week later. I then started calling Chad and start getting the run around.
At the End of October Chad told me that if they did not fund the loan by Christmas he would refund my money. Chad pulled my personal credit again 12/09/2009. Until this day I have not received a refund nor have I been able to contact any one from Vangaurd. I want my money refunded back to me.
