Editor’s Comment Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better.  In this instance there has been court action regarding this subject Report.  We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike.  Many court orders are absolutely legitimate.  However, sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up.  Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight.  Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away.  We are providing you all with the same information so that you may be more informed and, coupled with any additional research you feel is necessary, make your own informed decision regarding the validity of this Report.  As always, we encourage our readers to do their homework and not just rely on one single source for information.  Google, through the Lumen Database, has provided the following document relating to this subject Report: https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/13166727#

Creating companies to hide monies and screw investors out of even more money by selling useless "working" interest in non-existant/foreclosed "gold" mines located in Arizona. I highly recommend any individuals who invested in USAR, IER et. al. contact your State Attorney General's office, FBI and the SEC. These criminals have stolen more than $30 million from 600+ investors over the past decade and continue their boiler room/ponzi schemes. For more information go to the following website.

This website was developed for public awareness for investing in fraudulent companies, LLCs and/or ventures; such as, IER, USAR and their numerous LLCs/ventures. The articles referenced on this website are on public record. Supposedly, over six hundred individuals (many non-accredited) invested over $30 million dollars into IER/USAR and its ventures over the past 9 years. To our knowledge, Minimal to no revenue was generated since inception No one has received any returns on their investment. No financials were disclosed to investors All capital money that has been raised is now depleted JVA conference calls continue to be cheerleaders who lure investors to maintain existence and pay for lawsuits Communications to investors from USAR et. al, is minimal to non-existent Contracts/Promissory Notes are in default Promises and due dates have been continually missed Misinformation was issued regarding mines operations and ownership Omission of material facts financials, lawsuits, viability of business plans USAR and its ventures are not in compliance with State(s) requirements General Partners of LLCs are no longer in existence due to non-compliance with regulatory commissions SEC Violations Numerous lawsuits are still pending totaling in excess of $4 million in damages Investment capital raised by non licensed representatives Investments sold to non-accredited investors(non-compliance with Regulation D)

Author now attacking anyone w/business relationship w/this co.

The author has now resorted to attacking those companies who have any business relationship w/USAR. She invested everything into this penny stock trading on the OTC exchange, where high risk is a plenty! She lost it all and 12 years later, she continues to spend everyday attacking the company. She knew the risk and invested poorly and thinks these attacks will prompt the company to pay for her losses. This is a desperate women who much like a woman scorned, will throw everything she has into attacking this company without a single shred of factual evidence or proof! I feel bad she lost everything, but she has only herself to blame for investing so poorly! It's time she stops wasting her life consumed by this and stop with this nonsense, accept some responsibility, and focus on something else. This new approach of attacking the business relationships who were hired by USAR is going way over the top! She just wants attention and she will do anything to get it in order to keep this story alive.

You should check your facts before you post them.

There are no SEC violations.  In fact, the SEC sent USAR a letter stating they were not going to investigate further, no action taken.

Throughout your report, you take one grain of truth and spin it into a total load of crap.  Typical smear campaign.

You state the mines are non-existant or foreclosed.  This is false.  I have personally been to all of them.  Anyone can look them up and see they exist.

You ask where all the money went.  Did you bother to look at all the equipment they bought, leach vat they built and employees they hired?  Do you think all that was free?  What is wrong with you?

Seriously, what is wrong with your thinking and logic?  You are not a concerned investor, you are a pissed off investor.  If you actually helped the cause and didn't side with Rock Bottom, (especially since they lost), you might actually be in profits now.  Not a smart move on your part.  In fact, you are not only harming your investment, you are harming all the participants with your false statements.

Your state there were little to no returns.  They distributed over $900,000 to investors in the begining when they were just getting started.  Then the trouble started and amazingly thoughout this whole time John Owen has kept the project going and continues to in spite of efforts of people like you.

You have called these people criminals.  Where is the proof?  No crimes have been committed.  Where are the indictments or crimes they were convicted of?  How would you like it if you were called something you were not convicted of and then worse, blasted it all over the internet?

By the way, Vast Mountain did win the judgement but was unable to collect the $50 million.  Again, a grain of truth and you twist it falsely to suit your cause.  Work with us, not against us and you could see yourself in profits.

Arizona airhead, you should get your facts straight before trying to destroy the image and good name of a company that has done you no wrong.  JVA, and several of the people you said were criminals are not even part of the company!  Read Vast Mountains rebuttals and you will see all the things you said were pure BS. You made and investment.  You win some and you loose some.  Get over it.  However, I do not think in the long run you made a poor investment.

I would be very careful about comments that might damage the other investors potential for the project to get funded and in operation.  Some of the investors might visit with an attorney about your endangering their investment.  I am not impying or suggesting anything.  Just a thought.  And since nothing you said in your original report is factual, once again I would urge you to check the facts and print a retraction if you feel you are wrong.  I know I certainly do and I have been an investor longer than you have.  I know these people and will vouch for their honesty.  And the efforts they are doing to try to make the project work.  If you really want your money back, get out of the way and let them get the job done.

Where's the money? Then and now??

Thank you for renewing my interest in USAR / Vast Mountain Development et. al. Rather than write a dissertation, I'll simply update my website with additional lawsuits/judgements/beach of contracts for potential investors to review. If Mr. John Owen wants my website – usarmininggoldscam removed, he can fulfill the settlement he agreed to and breached. I’ll post the details to that agreement as well.

Question – How much of the $50 million judgement have the investors received? I’ll alert the other concerned investors that I know of this new development because I’m sure they and other interested parties want that question answered as well.

Vast Mountain USAR, Inc. Reputable Projects

There is nothing on this rip-off report that has been proven in a court of law.

This report claims that USAR, Inc. and Vast Mountain are scams? If you do your research you will find a history of accomplishments as well as winning a $50 Million judgment against hostile lenders that are linked to the author of this rip-off report.

usarprojects.blogspot.com/ lists several successful projects including providing decorative rock to the Cardinal football stadium in Phoenix and succesful benchmarks throughout testing, exploration, and processing. It was also reported that USAR, Inc. was the first new mining start up to pour gold on-site with the Mine Inspector in 17 years at the time of production planning. If you read the stipulated order you will also sumise that a lender came in to finance the projects and decided they wanted it for themselves - proceeding with hostile takeover tactics. It took a few years to prove it but Vast Mountain Development, run by John Owen, President and CEO of USAR, Inc. was awarded a $50 Million stipulated judgment. It seems a viable project to me if multiple people are fighting to take control of it for 7 years.

VMD Prevails $50 Million Judgment

VAST MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT, INC. has prevailed in a $50 Million judgment against a hostile lender that had attempted to do a takeover of the Congress Mine project. There is evidence taken from this trial that proves the author of this rip-off report was working closely with this group in order to assist the hostile take over.

Does this look like a scam?

usarprojects.blogspot.com

The company(s) would have been in profitability and paying participants regularly had it not been for the Hostile take-over attempts by Rock Bottom LLC and this very rip-off report. So in fact this report in itself is harming hundreds of participants whom still stand behind the mining projects and its managers and would like to see it become successful. The author of this rip-off report is a disgruntled participant whom attempted to stop progress and hinder the ability to raise capital for expansion, it is believed in an attempt to get money from whom they thought at the time would be the winning side.

That side did not win.

Does this sound like a scam?

Why would a DIP lender go out of their way, spending millions of dollars in an attempt to take over a mining project if it was not in fact a highly lucrative business plan? Vast Mountain Development guided by John D. Owen, CEO of US American Resources, prevailed winning a $50 Million Dollar judgment against the above lender whom was working very closely with the author of this rip off report.

Evidence has been compiled for an impending lawsuit against the author(s) of this report and owners of the usarminingscam website.
