This email is a rebuttal to RipOff #6276. It was sent by stephen hartshorn at [email protected]. Yet another VCStore Complaint (#6276) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: stephen hartshorn Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: you need to go to this site to see how to file a claim with the penn. district attorneys office. http://www.vcsboycott.f2s.com/ and there is a direct link there to file your claim directly with them. they will send you in the mail all the info you need. And I have not heard of any statue of limitations with this to date. then you will need to talk to a lawyer and they will help you get your money back. And yes I was burned by these assholes too. And NO I have not gotten any of my rebates back either. You should also contact the manufactures of all of your components to your system. I recieved a Canon printer and scanner and they did extend my warranty due to this situation, and yes you will have to get a supervisor to approve this if the person you talk to there does not give you any satisfaction. Hope any of this info will help you get at least some of your money eventually. Or at least some of your service agreements fulfilled. Good luck
