Vector Marketing & Cutco DOSE NOT PAY EMPLOYEES! Rip-off! Roanoke Virginia
Vector Marketing Corporation is a rip off to students it promises to pay per appointment ($12.00) and states that you will recieve a commision on your sales, you were also required to go to meetings every week and to call them after every apointment. For me that was an hours drive and long distance for me to call them so I was forced to use my personal cell phone to do so.
Upon working for them almost every day of the week for 4 weeks I called to question why I had not recived a pay check I was told that none of my apointments were qualified apointments and that I was not going to recieve a pay check. I questioned all the time that I spent at the meetings and said i should be at least receving pay for the time that I spent at the manditory meetings.
I was then informed that the meeting's were required but were not going to be paid because I was an independant contractor. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THE TROUBLES OF THIS COMPANY.
