I started receiving orders from Velocity REOS Inc. on 7/20/211 as a BPO Picture Taker. I stopped receiving orders on 8/28. I knew orders weren't guaranteed and that it may be slow. On 9/3, I decided to email the company. I didn't get a response. I waited a couple of days then started calling the office every day starting on 9/10. I called every day until finally someone picked up the phone on 9/14. It was Joe Ricciardi, the owner of the company. I gave him my name and explained that I was just calling to see if there was a problem because I hadn't recieved any orders in a couple of weeks and I also needed to update the Dept of Children and Families because I'm collecting foodstamps. He told me in a condescending manner my account is still active and that it's just slow. He then began screaming and I quote " You are not an employee, you're a sub-contractor, you should not have reported any income to the dept of children and families and that if they send any paper work here, I am not filling it out". Stunned at his lack of professionalism, I said "ok, the income still needs to be reported". He tells me again that my account is still active and that it's just slow. I said Ok, goodbye. An hour later, I tried to log onto the BPOPhotoset.com to see if I had access to to my profile and low and behold I couldn't log in. Clearly, Mr Ricciardi thinks it's ok to prevent someone from making a living because they're on foodstamps. All I can is shame on you Joe Ricciardi.

I am a sub contractor for VRI....
I am a professional photographer, Licensed FAA UAV Pilot and Commercial Real Estate Virtual Tour Editor.
This "REPORT" can be deemed as complete and utter nonsense. I am forwarding this so called "RIP OFF REPORT" to the management team of VRI in hopes to either sue the site, the author of the report or both.
I have read the entire complaint and can obviously tell right away that this "RIP OFF" report from some six years ago was improperlly investigated and may vary well be well withint the rights of a lawsuit.
To you, the Author of this so called report....I got half a mind to report you to defrauding the Government, as you clearly were PADI by the VRI company for images, yet failed to report this on your 1099 TAX form.
Further more, to expell any FURTHER legalities that CLAIM VRI is a RIP OFF, this woman clearly regarding her as the Food Stamp Photographer, failed to READ and acknowledge her role with the company.
Sub Contractors are NOT EMPLOYEES of a company and are therefor subject to SUB-CONTRACTOR LAW as a 1099 "SELF EMPLOYED" status and MAY be subject to being denied CLAIMS for Public Assistance programs in the State of Florida.
Furthering my reading of this Garbage I also noticed how RIP-OFF is such a RIPOFF, forcing a company to PAY 2,000.00 to have a REPORT REMOVED from the Public domain of internet servers....
TO YOU, Mister Edward Magedson. I have called you the PEOPLE's HERO on many occassions and to many you are entitled this. but you Sir, are being piggy-backed by defrauding scam artist like this so called "FOOD STAMP" photographer who clearly has Ranted on about her Abuse from VRI as well the Reputational Damage NOT CAUSED by this rant....should probably look deeper into this report, and make a judgement right away....
REMOVE this REPORT entirely, or.....
Sadly make a PUBLIC APOLOGY to the Founder and CEO of VRI for this obvious RANT of Slander/Liable cause.
I have worked the last 8 years as a sub-Contractor for many virtual command companies and organizations just like VRI and am considered a Veteran in this field of study. My arbitrational view here is stricktly my PERSONAL opinion and not the VIEWS of VRI. I have not been asked, paid, promised nor given ANY Direction from ANYONE within the company known as Velocity Reo's Inc. (VRI) to write this. I do so of my own personal free will and I find this a bastardization of LAW and should REPORT RIP OFF for this NON Editorial post from a woman who clearly FAILED herself as a Sub-Contractor and as a Photographer.
If you DO, have ANY questions, coments or feel the need to research this REBUTTAL....I can easily be found.
