I'm writing to highlight the rip off practices and expose the lies of Vending Revolution.
This company claims to offer profitable vending franchises to individuals.
Despite assurances of breaking even within 18 months, we're still over 12000 out of pocket due to these crooks.
We have highlighted our concerns and got in return, threats of legal action.
Our full experiences have been posted here:

I trust that exposing their practices will resolve our issues and prevent others being conned by their lies.

Bourne,,#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

We are shocked to have read this posting and are upset and concerned by the allegations that are stated, and therefore feel we must respond to give balance.
Our company has been in the vending industry for over 19 years growing to over 200 franchisees, the vast majority of which are very satisfied with their businesses and the support we give them. But it is a fact of business, including franchises, that not all businesses or individuals will succeed to the same level, and regrettably, in this case the writer has sadly not achieved the results he desired and holds us fully accountable.
The reality of any business is that the greatest variable is the owner manager of the business and he or she must accept their responsibility too. We offer all our franchisees the same levels of help and support and provide the identical vendors, products and siting, yet some prosper more than others. We know this chap become sidetracked by another business a cafe - and maybe this played a part in his poor performance?
This chap states that our support is very poor yet he sent our staff individual emails thanking them for their all their support he received? He claims the sites we acquired for him did not take much money and the stock did not sell and the vendors were poor quality and unreliable yet intriguingly when he advertised a part of his business for sale on Ebay and we have a print out of the listing he describes the business as ...the machines are VERY reliable and each site sells up to 40 of product per month he goes on to state publicly on his listing ...I had forgotten about 3 other sites 2 of these empty each month and therefore take 150ish on their own. The other site is a little quieter Well these facts totally contradict his assertions about his franchise performance, our vendors, stock and sites?
Obviously one set of his statements are not entirely true? Is he misleading and conning the poor individual who is buying his business or is he not being entirely truthful about our company, vendors stock, sites and support you must make your own mind up, we already know.
It is also of interest that this chap had already been a satisfied franchisee of ours a few years earlier and got sidetracked by another project and decided to sell his business on Ebay, this time he had his girl friend place fake bids to increase the price genuine bidders were prepared to pay we also have printouts of this listing. There is definitely a trend here. Also, why would this chap return to our franchise three years later if we were as bad as he is trying to suggest? In fact when he contacted us he profusely apologised for his behaviour and what he had said and declared he is ..a bit of a hot head Maybe our mistake was to believe he was a reformed character and give him a second chance.
Its worth mentioning that when he aggressively left our franchise the first time he threatened to expose us as tax fraudsters because we sold him some used bulk vendors that he pressured us to sell cheaply to him for cash without an invoice. We did indeed sell him some cheap vendors and he did pay by cash - .20p coins! which we banked together with our own .20p revenue from our own vendors he is now yet again threatening to report us to the tax authorities if he does not get his own way. I wonder if the chap ever declared the cash he paid us for his vendors?
As for the invoice he didnt want, irrelevant, as the payment coins were treated as revenue, banked and tax paid. A further twist is that the vendors did not even belong to the company they belonged to me personally I have proof. So please go ahead and finally report us we have nothing to fear.
Finally, I feel it is important to note that although he claims his campaign against our company is to ensure no other people are ripped off by us, yet he made a very serious cash demand to us with the threat that he would expose us, but goes on to say that if we give in to his demands he will not expose us what happened to his morality all of a sudden, and we have his emails to prove this.
