Home Fusion is a scam. I live in an area that isn't covered by any other internet provider. Verizon charges per byte used. It is overpriced and when the overages kick in( which they will) your bill is outrageous. Verizon knows it has customers over a barrel who have no available Internet provider like cox and once you are reeled in by the fast service provided the usage meter clicks out of control. Even if I power all devices off - it will record that I am using copious amounts of data?! Read other forums and reports about Verizon's Home Fusion. No one has anything nice to say and yet none of us have viable alternatives,

 Finally I contacited FCC. Though I had talked to many representatives - the home office contacted me after FCC report. They insist that I am allowing my devices to operate " in the background" or playing videos games at 4 am. It is only my husband and I. We are 61.  Right - I play video games at 4 am. All the " reasons" I have been given for why my usage averaged 30 bytes for over a year suddenly jumped to 47 and then to Over 60 are not possibilities. This jump happened after I signed up for a promotional which was to provide double my 30 byte coverage to 60 bytes for same price. Hmmm? What a coincidence. Not. Something is amiss regardless of the blahblahblah that Verizon is giving me. Report this to FCC and let's wait for our refund!
