Verizon Wireless ripoff, dishonest, fradulent, playing cheap tricks, dirty games, failed to deliever services Baltimore Maryland
Verizon Wireless and Verizon MSN are playing dirty games with EVDO customers. I've had EVDO nearly a year, and every weekend my standard DSL service is turned off. The more I complain the longer they cut my service off. Once talking to a technican I was told point blank I guess your family, friends, and neighbors are wondering why you aren't online. I thought good thing I didn't get Verizon's new PC VoiceWing calling. I asked why I couldn't get EVDO for the whole household? My DSL service dropped out for the entire week.
Once back online I called again to ask why my Samsung i730 couldn't download Oracs and Elves? Further explaining on a Saturday night that I'd already configured Quake2 to run on my cell phone. Next thing I knew my DSL service was once again dropping out. Verizon employees just can't leave well enough alone their EVDO customers. I've never had a problem with DSL service until I got EVDO. To complicate matters worse my son won't go without it. So while he's browsing the web on his pc connected through his phone I'm stuck without any service. Verizon's trying to break up our happy home life.
