A view of various forums on the net will confirm that Verizon did honor the termination of the contract for thousands of customers and then came up with the 40 cent reimburesment "after" it realized they were loosing their customers. If they honored the 60-day termination for even one person - they have to honor it for all.

If they offered to waive the .40 administration fee for the remainder of the contract, then they are in no breach of contract, you trying to cancel outside of your legally binding contract before the early termination date IS a breach of contract. Why would it be ok for you to find a loop hole out but not them? And do you realize that the insurance is handled by a 3rd party vendor? A completely separate entity from verizon wireless. Any dissatisfaction should be taken up directly with the insurance company. SIDEBAR: it is the SAME insurance company for ALL cellular carriers!
